1. The awards and Lists announced and presented by International Brand Equity – ( IBE Media and Research Pvt Ltd) and any of its associate organization are finalized as per the details collected by the research efforts of International Brand Equity – ( IBE Media and Research Pvt Ltd) in a limited manner and/or selectively shared by the respective entities and therefore the details should not be considered as comprehensive information. The details collected, received and processed are for a limited purpose of evaluating, noting, appreciating, and encouraging projects in the larger interest of the industry so that the operations and activities in the industry will increase for the benefit of the economy, industry, and the participating entities.
2. The collection, assimilation, and evaluation of data is only for awards purposes and has nothing to do with any other aspects including tax payments, vendor payments, CSR contributions, payments to the workforce, legal issues, or any other issues of the respective organizations. It is not unusual for a business entity to have a business, tax, and operational-related disputes or pending aspects. Accordingly, International Brand Equity – ( IBE Media and Research Pvt Ltd) is indifferent towards any other details or aspects other than the award-related information and that too the parts required by international Brand Equity – ( IBE Media and Research Pvt Ltd) for the limited purpose of the awards.
3. International Brand Equity – ( IBE Media and Research Pvt Ltd) is not the concerned agency/platform for sharing any appreciation or apprehension or any complaints about anything related to anyone including the award recipients. It shall be noted that sending any information on any entity by anyone other than the entity itself shall be considered by International Brand Equity – ( IBE Media and Research Pvt Ltd) as an unsolicited and unwarranted unauthorized act and therefore tantamount to defamation/libel at large. International Brand Equity – ( IBE Media and Research Pvt Ltd) has the right to initiate the legal processes on such claimants.
4. The awards, trophies, and certificates presented by international Brand Equity – ( IBE Media and Research Pvt Ltd) or any of its associated entities/forum are meant for appreciating the brands/projects/professionals/promote
5. While the awards, trophies, and certificates are presented in good faith with due process, no comparison made with other options and therefore the presentations shall be valued independently on a stand-alone basis. Further, none of the jury members are anyway obligated, responsible, accountable, or concerned with anything about the pre and post-process of the awards as they would only express their views and votes and all such independent votes and views are cumulatively weighed while finalizing the awards.
